How to paint a Shiny Leg “optical illusion” in Photoshop

Ok now, Just like last year’s dress illusion, Now a new illustration breaking the twitter. Just like the blue or gold/white team now we have shinny or paint teams. Not really!! The owner of the leg (!!) already say it’s paint on her leg.

So anyway since this is still trending I try to do recreate the same effect in adobe Photoshop.  Using only Paint brush we can create shiny leg optical illusion
